    Happy New Year! I will be ringing in the New Year with family...and the XBox Kinect Dance Game...yippie...not (for the game). Sounds like fun but when you're 41 and haven't exercised in over a year due to health reasons...my body will be hating me. The one good thing is that my mother-in-law will supply plenty of wine so hopefully I won't feel my pain until the morning.

    Hmmm, maybe Xbox makes discs with yoga or tai chi. Something a little gentler on the body.
