    It's Ohio, which means you never know! I've seen Christmases in the 60's where I'm just wearing jeans and a sweatshirt, and others where there's a 25 below wind chill and blizzard conditions. LOL

    And a piece of cooking advice--sweet Italian sausage overpowers the rest of the ingredients in your Cincinnati chili. It's edible, but all you taste is the sausage.

      White Christmas here, and I love it. Though, I wouldn't mind seeing what a hot Christmas is like, like in NZ where they are celebrating summer.

      Good to know about the sausage. I do fancy hot sausage mixed in with three cheeses and hamburg for lasagna.

      LOL That's why I had leftover sausage in the freezer. I made DH sausage alfredo lasagna for his birthday.

      Then I had the brilliant idea of using the leftover in the chili.

      Would you use it again but in a smaller amount? I've never had alfredo lasagna before. But just going by the title, it sounds darn good.
